Lutosławski Warsaw Guide app for iPhone and iPad

In connection with the celebration of Witold Lutosławski Year in 2013, we have prepared a special application that serves as a multimedia guide to places in Warsaw associated with the composer. An interesting source of facts about Lutosławski’s life (including people he mixed with and places he frequented), it also provides information about his works and conveys a sense of his strong ties with his native city. The guide enriched with detailed texts by Danuta Gwizdalanka, contains also a set of historical and contemporary pictures of Warsaw and pictures of the composer himself – official as well as private, from the family archive. The guide was produced through the collaboration of the Fryderyk Chopin Institute, the Institute of Music and Dance and the Witold Lutosławski Society.
